Due to an increasing number of last minute cancellations we will have to invoke a cancellation fee for all bookings.

Please note - your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received - this must be sent within 48hrs of booking, otherwise your slot will be released.

Any cancellations within 24hrs will result in full payment being retained. Cancellations with more than 24hrs notice will be released in full should your space be filled (which we will make every effort to do).

We have to pay our instructors whether you attend your booked sessions or not and this is beginning to impact the club financially and so we appreciate your support in this.
